If you have to add another water heater, you may have to run another wire anyway.
Most trailers come with 30 gal. water heaters. Jordan, check the breaker and see if it is a double breaker or a single breaker. If double, you have a 240 volt water heater. If single breaker, you have a 120 volt water heater.
