Need more info. Trespassing is not LDWF issue, it is a sheriffs dept issue. IF you have the video evidence of a guy shooting 2 deer and can prove that, you have a case. If not, then a tagging violation is all that can be given. There is no law saying that you have to clean a deer and take it to your house. Once you shoot a deer and find it, that is YOUR deer, you can do with it what you want - clean it or you can feed it to a dog if you would like. Not to take up for the agent, BUT that guy has likely worked all day and got a call at 8 pm and there is no real urgency to take care of the matter at 8 pm, that can wait til the next day. I don't really like bashing agents especially when they are severely understaffed across the state, and most of the time they have to respond to people that are all armed
