Cheers Beat The Heat Trout Slam 7-6-12

Can it get any better? After slamming the trout in the morning we slam them a night also. I originally had my good customer Matt Parra scheduled for Saturday morning but we decided we would beat the heat and the crowds and do a night trip. I picked up Matt Parra, Parker Parra, and Ross Romero from Matt's camp on the bayou around 7pm. We got set up and started plucking away at a few 2-2.5 pound fish slowly. After a couple hours we decided to make a move and wow did it pay off. We found the fish in a frenzy crashing bait all over the surface. Double rigs and single rigged plastics put the hurt on the big fish up to four pounds. Cocodrie Cocahoes, TTF Killer Flats minnows and Matrix Shad did their damage as they do everyday down on the Du. No other baits compare to these as they are super durable and have incredible action. After filling the box with our limit we enjoyed a nice moonlight ride back to the camp. Incredible trip guys and I'm looking forward to our up-coming trips we have scheduled. Thanks again Matt.

Give me a call if you would like to beat the heat and still bust up the trout. Day or night we have you covered!!!!!!
