Who writes these regs!!????
How does this sentence read to you???
Closed to all south of LA 4 EXCEPT youth deer hunters when youth deer season is open (Oct 13-14) That mean closed all year? Or just during youth hunt? I'm saying all year, brother saying just during youth hunt.
