Big Happy Burgers
3lbs of fresh ground beef. Dont skimp on the fat if ya want a good patty. 20/25% is what I like. Its also a lil cheaper
 . Salt, pepper, greek seasoning, worshtorshire, and finely diced onion. Patties worked out to be 8.5ozs each. Sliced bacon and a thick slice of pepper jack cheese
