Go to the play store, and search gulf of Mexico fisheries management council. They have an app with all the length and bag limits for the gulf. It's free. Once I downloaded it, there was an upgrade available that had all the gulf states regs for only $3. The regs are updated and live. Good deal for $3 I thought. Never have to wonder again. The format is very user friendly too.
