BigGrin Specks 4-28-10

Made a scouting trip today looking for Specks. Started down on the coast only finding dirty - stained water and only one Speck. Made a move North checking two protected bayous with clean water finding zero fish. The last area I checked is where we found them. Four stops in one general area and trout at all stops (Clean water over reefs). Shiny Hineys and Saltwater Holographic minnows is what they wanted. Sure was nice watching these specks shaking their heads all the way back to the boat. Salinity levels are coming up and the trout are showing up. Too bad the wind is going to blow for the next week. Trout fishing should explode when the wind lays down and the water cleans up. Thanks Travis for the great company today. Tight lines!!!!
