Default Cranking battery not charging

My cranking battery doesn't seem to be charging from my engine when I'm running. The batter is only about 4 months old. I put a charge on my battery Thursday and my tester said 100%....then went fishing Friday and put the tester on it again this morning and was down to 60%. It's been doing this for a little while now. I keep having to put a trickle charge on it at home. I have an '06 200 Yamaha VMax HPDI. Does anyone have any suggestions? Could there be an issue in the Perko switch not allowing the charge back to the battery?

Thanks....
