Default What tropical depression?

I decided to call in 'fishy' to work this mornin and run to the beach after seeing it blew north all night. got out late.. i launched the kayak into a light west wind at about 8:15 at lil fla.. the water had good visibility. i paddled out to the rocks and tossed some plastic.. bing! first cast brought a healthy 15" speck to the yak. 15 minutes and 2 more similarly sized trout later, the wind shifted and the rain in the distance drew closer. i kept an eye on it but the fishing was great and i didnt wanna leave! i caught 3 more trout before the lightning popped once too close for me and i was outta there!
total was 6 trout in about 45 mins of fishin and back for work by noon!
i shoulda called in 2 hours earlier
