LA House Bill 63
They want to raise taxes on tobacco here in louisiana...$0.70 a pack, $7 a carton, undisclosed for smokless. Found this out this morning when I went to get my grizzly from tobacco plus..they have sheets which are basically a petition already printed for the representatives. They are asking everyone to sign. If you are a tobacco user and go to tobacco plus, please sign one. The last thing working people need is to pay more for what gets us through the day (gas, tobacco).. Next they will tax coffee. Edit: Did not post in politics forum, figure more people read the general discussion.
