Thumbs up SW Pass Report!!!

Guys

I fished Friday afternoon & Saturday morning. Went south out to 12-15 ft of water friday afternoon. Current was picking up. Picked up and if here
and there at each well. All on Plastic. Ended with 18 average trout.

My son (Goose) and I left ICY about 5:30 AM. Stopped for some live bait. It was hard to come by. Cleared the pass and went south.

Stopped @ the so. end of the wells. First one 7 boats. end east to the next 4 boats.

After 2 trout headed sw another 8 miles. 4 boats on this platform.

Trolled into a spot onthe south side of the platform. One boat about 35-40 yards from us where catching on every cast with LIVE bait on the bottom right behind there boat.

We didn't have many mullet; but we picked up a few really nice trout on mullet and shad.

After the other boat limited with (100) 2.5 to 4# trout, they called us over and offered us the rest of there live bait and we anchored up. We picked up another 20-25 really nice trout.

It was really HOTT, my Captain was FEELING well! SO we called it a day!

HOT EQuals fish are deep. We'll get another push of big fish on the reefs on or about the full moon in 7-10 days. Until then go Deep!!! And get there early. Thanks Biggun
