Now this is fishing/catching weather . Another little cool front and the the shrimp will be jumping out of the lake with trout and redfish right behind them. Huge schools of redfish are dominating both on the south end and captain Brady's favorite non-published area TURNERS BAY. Yesterday's limits of trout and redfish mostly came on live bait but top water action was fun also. Captain Darney tried out a new AMERICAN RODSMITHS jetty stick with a custom handle made from a golf putters grip. He reported back that is was GREAT. This new rod should be on the market by December and will be in the mediun price range. I will let you know when Pauline gets them in stock at the Dock Shop.
