Soccer Dads/Moms

I am a soccer dad from Thibodaux. Our 12 year old girls team had the privilege of player the Cajun Rage team from Lafayette this weekend in the finals. We won the championship, but this is not about bragging. Notice, I did not say that the Rage "lost" the game. It was a 1-0 contest and was highlighted by excellent play on both teams. The parents from Lafayette were so awesome and fun to be around. They set a great example for their own kids AND ours on sportsmanship, fun and respect. I decided to post on this site because it has a heavy Lafayette/Lake Charles following-I hope there are a few parents who read this. Good luck for the rest of the year and I sincerely hope we get the chance to play against each other again!
