You're not paying them for how fast they can do something. You're paying them for what they know. You could changed 4 or more of those coils before you figured out which one was it which would make his service look pretty dang cheap, nevermind the frustration factor!

I managed a meineke car care for 2 years I know exactly what you mean! I can't tell you how many people would take advantage of our free inspections and try to fix it on their own. Made alot of money off of people like that.
