Just checked. 28 days of fishing in the last 3 months with artificial shrimp under a popping cork. Only 2 of them days we had to change to other lures to get our limits.
When the fish were deep, we had to change to lead heads and soft plastics. All of these days were between I-10 and Moss Lake except for 2 days in Turners.
