ya another refuge thread i did not want to take over the other one.

today while shrimping a guy i ran into said if i put in at rollover i can not stop in rock anywhere to fish or crab.

any W&F guys or rock guys here?

i got my packet today from rock direct and there is no stated rule/law? against me using some of my shrimp from the gulf as bate.

now i know i cant drag there so whats the problem with the gear if its not in the water?
