Default Favorite hot sauce...

Alright guys... I know this is cajun country... I know everyone likes hot foods.... I myself, went to the store last night to pick up a few things, found this bottle of "Louisiana Hot Jalapeno Peppers"... I thought to myself, hmm, I can take the heat of a normal jalapeno pepper on anything. Why not buy it ? Well I did..... What other great meal to try this tasty jalapeno pepper stuff on than a bowl of steaming hot ramen noodles.... First off, I made my noodles, put them in a bowl.... Opened the top of the jalapeno pepper jar, (took off the factory plastic spill-guard tamper proof thingy) and I proceded to pour a little of the juice into my noodles.... I took a bite.... Nothing.... hmm Opened the jar and poured some more jalapeno liquid in there... took another bite.... hmm... nothing.... so I got brave and took a few of the peppers out... (Their small... green in color.... kinda look like a little grub worm, but green).. I put 3 in there... took a bite (with the pepper)... OMG !!!! These things are way hotter than any normal jalapeno pepper I've ever tasted... I ate all 3 in 3 bites and put about 20 more in the soup/noodle.... These things are awesome.... Cleared my sinus cavities right out and made my eyes water... Any way... post up your favorite hot sauce... I just had to share my lunch experience with ya'll...
