GPS Question

I am probably going to be going to Colorado this fall with a buddy of mine elk hunting. I was told it would be easier if I brought a handheld GPS with me. I looked on cabelas, basspro, etc and found all different brands. Would like to spend no more than $350, but want a reliable one thats weatherproof. I have always been a Garmin man, have 3 of the e-trex's, but want something with maps. Any thoughts, links ?? Open for all suggestions.
