Baked trout

Yall probably have done this before but I'll share it anyway. Yesterday I got the itch to have some baked fish so I took out a small bag of trout fillets and gave it a shot. I melted about half a stick of butter and brushed it on the fish. Then I seasoned it with garlic salt and old bay and squeezed some lemon on top. I baked it at 400 covered until it looked pretty much done. Then I squeezed a little more lemon juice and baked uncovered for about 6 or 8 minutes to crisp that seasoning a little. Talk about good.
