Fished Calcasieu river!

Well I decided to head out to the river and try my luck. I was launched from White Oak and was greet with Grand Ma's coffee(heavy creamer). So I headed north to see if it would change. As soon as I made it past Serpant it was fishable. I fished what I believe is called the fingers area. Caught several bass, mostly pickles, on bass kandi junebug red speed bug. Ended catching one nice 3 or 3 1/2 still with eggs. Let her go back to spawn. I also caught fish on a pumpkin red senko. I found out why when I cleaned some of the catch. They were packed with dark crawfish.
