Big Lake 05/14 Afternoon

I want to thank Jude for taking Blake and I out for a fun afternoon of fishing. We started out in Turners away from most of the other boats. We fished Turners, the west bank and the south end and then back up towards Turners again. The larger fish all came off of 1 reef. We were fishing plastics, plastics under a popping cork and top water. Most of the larger fish came off of plastics. We had specks ranging from a 24" 6lb to 12" dinks. We also had the opportunity to chase and catch some bull reds that were schooling in the middle of the lake. We ended the day with 40 trout and 1 red.
