I just want to say how easy it is to deal with these guys when there is a problem. As I had posted in my report the other day my transom mount bracket broke while I was in GI.

I told him what the problem was and he told me he couldn't get one to me there because of the 4th of July holiday. He told me all I needed to do was take a picture and send in the serial number. So I did that on Friday. Well today he calls me and asks if I have sent it yet because he didn't get it. So I sent it again from a different address and by the time I was sending it he had already created an invoice. He then called me back to let me know he had received the pictures and everything would be handled. He also said that he is sending all new mounting hardware all at no cost to me. I got an email a little while ago that it has been shipped and should be here on Wednesday. Now that's what I call customer service. |
