Default Mopped up at the Jetties over the weekend

Saturday was a figuring things out day. We bounced all over the place from the lake to west cove to the ship channel. Even tried to go offshore but it was way too rough. Started picking up a few at the jetties then the sharks and ladyfish showed up. We caught 22 keepers on saturday and a few reds.
Woke up Sunday morning and headed straight out to the same spot at the jetties we picked up our 22 trout the day before and started slinging Logs in the boat every cast. As the morning wore on and got hotter the fish started dropping lower and lower.
Finally when we started catching sharks under a cork and trash fish on the bottom we all switched to sliding cork rigs set at 6-8' deep we started hooking into specs again.
We were fishing in 14' of water and the trout stayed suspended at 8' the rest of the morning. Finished off our 3 man limit by 10:30 and catch and release till 11:30 then headed in. Caught 4 reds also.

We had boats beside us not really doing much and I don't think they knew we were using the sliding corks. Most boats left and headed back up the ship channel while we were steadily slinging them in no matter where we fished on the rocks.
