The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default First try at Stuffed Flounder

Caught some nice flatties on the ship channel yesterday and decided to try my hand at deboning and stuffing. Looked at all of the great recipes on this forum and used ideas from several. Result- I will never fry a flounder again!uploadfromtaptalk1348449386281.jpg

Used Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs, and used Old Bay, Bourque's seasoning and Tiger sauce. I'm going to cook some for my parents this week.

Also, bonus news, I'm whipping the HELL out of Waltrip in fantasy football this week.
