MS Man Caught With Stolen Hunting Property Worth over $200,000

PORT GIBSON, Miss. (AP) — Claiborne County Sheriff Marvin Lucas says his office has recovered tractors, TVs, 4-wheelers, cars and guns reported stolen in three counties dating to 2001.
Lucas tells the Vicksburg Post (http://bit.ly/Xu***x) that 47-year-old Steven Mark Curtis has been charged with possession of stolen property. Curtis was in the Claiborne County Jail on $48,000 bond.
Lucas says the stash of five Kubota tractors, a dump truck, 12 ATVs, five big-screen TVs, 20 to 25 guns, two cars and several trailers was found between two wooded ridges off Old Port Gibson Road.
Lucas say an investigation of an all-terrain vehicle reported stolen at a hunting camp near Curtis' home about two weeks ago led to the discovery.
Lucas says some of the tractors had been reported stolen in 2008 and 2009.
