That's interesting. The LDWF gets paid by the Feds to act as fed game wardens in fed waters. If you have ever been checked offshore by a LDWF agent you should have noticed the "STATE / FEDERAL AGENT" sticker on the hull of those grey federally funded boats. Now that the state of LA is in "noncompliance", I wonder if they will continue to receive the fed $ and enforce the fed laws.
