Big Lake 4-6

Bgizzle brought my dad and I out on the Lake this morning. Left Lafayette at 4:15 and headed West.
On the way to the planned fishing spot BGizzle saw a promising spot and made a call to stop and give it a shot. Ended up not leaving that area all day.

Got on some trout and flounder. We were in them pretty good when a boat passing by saw us flipping a flounder in. Well after that it was history. The crowds showed up and th wind picked up.

This was my dad's first chance to use his new Stradic C4 reel with Claurus rod combo. It was a huge upgrade from his last set up and he loved it.
I caught some trout and one flounder on Vudu shrimp. Charturse Gulp did the rest of the damage.

Thanks to BGizzle for bringing me and my dad out to learn the Lake better. It was a great day to be on the water with a great captain!
