Crappie Cakes

Was missing some Maryland style crab cakes today. So decided to whip up some just using crappie instead of crab.

With a side of spinach and green beans fresh from the garden, in a cream / garlic / cheese sauce.

Made my tongue slap my brain! twice!!!!
