[fish addict]

Launched at calc point this am. Fished from there southward to the weirs. Did not catch a single fish all morning. About noon I found some fish and it was non stop action for about an hour - too bad it was all gaff tops. I worked my way back north in the afternoon and found a few birds working on the east side of the lake. Caught a few trout with about a .50 keeper/catch ratio. A couple were nice - around 20 inches. Ended the day around 430 pm with about half a limit of trout and kept a couple gaff tops. the fishing was actually getting better when I left, but I had to go. Best bait for me today was chart vudu under a cork.
