The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default I Got A New Toy!

As some may notice I like to cook big sometimes. Sometimes chopping seasonings can be time consuming and simply a pain in the neck. Today I recieved something I got a huge deal on. An Easy Chopper. It's basically a big french fry cutter. The one I got cuts 3/8 of an inch square anything from onions to potatoes. I got mine on Ebay.com but you can buy them at any restaurant suppy store. Only problem is they're NOT cheap! UNLESS, you get a deal(I won't say how much I paid though)Like I did.
