Live crawfish

The reason the bid is still high in May is because of the horrible winter we had; there is no way of knowing if the farmers will be able to catch up the month or so that they werent able to fish. They cannot speculate that there will be plenty of crawfish based off of this past winter. Last year was different, a very mild winter so it was a lot easier to say that there would be lots and lots of crawfish after lent; this year is very different.
