Got home late last night from the game, thank goodness for that extra hour sleep.

Woke up at 3 or so, got to chalmette for 5 and launched.

NOTHING ALL MORNING. great conditions, lots of bait but no fish.

There were 3 of us in yaks and we had 2 specks and a rat red.

at 1045 it all changed.

They flipped the switch on. It was fast and furious for about an Hour. We tore them up on baits dragging the bottom in certain depths foot of water.
At about 12-1230 they shut it off again and that was it.

WE called it an early day and headed for BR

Great time ended up with 35 of the fattest trout ive ever seen in my life.

had to keep the baits and depths secret for tourny reasons ahahah
