Default Not Yo Mama's Meatballs

Meatballs;

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

1 lb ground veal

1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers

1 egg

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning

Toppings / pasta;

Trottolle pasta / spaghetti squash

Parmesan cheese

combine the meatball ingredients, and form meatballs in the 1/4 to 1/3 lb range (fist sized) set aside. Add butter to oven safe pan and sear the sides of the meatballs to create a crust & seal in the juices. After seared add 1 can of canned tomato’s and 1 can of pasta sauce as well as some cubed squash / onion / to the pan. Place pan in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Cook trottolle pasta al dente, Plate it up and enjoy.
