Drinking is never a problem solver. But a nice refreshing cold one (or two) can be relaxing. Just need to know when to shut it down. Occasionally it can really help to walk away and unwind a little bit before you deal with things that are bothering you. Take time to think things over before you let the heat of the moment make things worse than they need to be. A good buddy helps too. Good luck.
