8-3 Redfish and crawfish cream sauce
After that wonderful fishing trip yesterday I decided to make a couple of these redfish internet stars,I coated the fillets in flour and pan fried them in butter,then made a crawfish cream sauce with a pound of crawfish using garlic,butter,hotsauce,heavy whipping,and onion tops,had garlic bread and a shrimp salad and here it is.Momma-c is one happy camper!!!
