Fresh Shrimp
A question for some of y'all That trawl or cast for shrimp.
If shrimp are caught today and iced properly How long before the heads and legs start getting the red / dark color . I had someone telling me that the shrimp they had had been caught the night before. The color was already turning and they felt slimy. I knew they were older than 12 - 20 hrs but i didn't know how old?
