Default 7 gallon round bottom iron pot

I looked at some Hebert's Cajun stoves a while back. The burner stands are made to fit a 5 gallon pot or a 10 gallon pot. Just wondering if anybody has ever seen or used a 7 gallon pot with an Henert's stove. And if so, what size stand was it on. I just think a 10 gallon pot is a lil big for frying. And a 5 gallon pot is a lil small for gumbo & craklins. I'm only gonna have 1 rig, so i want it to be as versatile as possible.
