Default MODIS VBay

It kind of seems like the west side of Vermilion Bay is starting to clear up a bit. Can someone, smarter than me, tell me if this is a good sign that its becoming "fishable"? I know there is a website about water salinity, but I'd rather just hear from someone with more fishing experience than me (that's probably 99% of the people on saltycajun.com)
