The linked clip shows a CCA commercial that makes it clear CCA's vision for conservation is about "taking a couple home for tomorrow" and saving the rest for another day. They have a consistent history for pushing for lower limits in TX and LA, and they won't be happy until limits are reduced to 2. There is no appreciation for good science and abundant resources, just the ever present need to "protect" stocks by lowering limits.
