Friday Night Fish Fry
Last night I fried some catfish for dinner along with some boudin balls. We had cole slaw and steamed zucchini and squash for sides.  Had a few ice cold Abita Golden to help while making dinner. There were some dark heavy rain laiden clouds rolling in wileIs frying.  Catfish done!  Crawfish and regular boudin balls. The crawfish versiion was not that great!  Served! Texas toast as well as homemade jalapeno tartar sauce.
