Default Trolling Motor Mount

I did a forum search with no luck. I picked up a Minn Kota Rip Tide 80 SF 62" and I need to mount it to the front of my Sea Fox. Have a deck with no holes in it leaves me feeling nervous installing the new motor....lol. I was going to punch some holes in it and bolt it from the bottom but someone told me about some anchors that wedge in the fiberglass deck. What should I do in this case?
