2016 STAR winners

Saw we got one of the sc family won a boat. Anyone else? Noticed a couple things 1. the boats they give away got smaller 2. the first week someone ALWAYS catches a tagged red in grand isle 3. never catch any the last few weeks or any from previous years(tags fall off?) 4. t-coon must not have entered (maybe he won too many boats and got disqualified?)
