Vacuum packed seasoned sliced deer steak meat for fajitas this season. Took some out, pan fried high heat adding sliced onions & red/yellow bell peppers. Made a salsa with Mex corn, drained rotels, washed & drained black beans, cilantro, & seasoned with red pepper flakes, salt, blk pepper, cumin, dash of chili powder. Took an avocado & mashed & added salt/blkpepper & key lime juice. Then I pan heated tortilla's and added the deermeat fajitas, corn salsa, avocado & topped with sour cream. Spicy & delicious!
