Default Bank fishing again 6-20-17

Went down to the beach to have a look. Had north wind but storm still had 2-3 breakers in the surf. Pretty water wasn't too far. Decided to go look at channel cause last time was awful chocolate milk. Well water looked really good. made a threw throws with cast net and got some mullet and shad. Started fishing around noon. AT 330 I had no keepers and killed just about all my bait. Wind was terrible. Had to be to work at 6 so was just about to call it and tide switched from goin out to coming back in and saw some bait busting the water just south of the ferry. BY 430 I had 7 really nice trout and one keeper flounder and ran out of bait. Caught my first trout on live cacohoe minnow. a big one. never caught trout on them before but plenty of reds. Caught a dozen or so little bitty like 10" rat reds before the trout bite. no doubt in my mind I could of finished a limit of trout off but had to get to work. Was nice to see pretty water down there. Good news is my trailer is fixed and ill be out in my boat later next week. maybe this weekend if storm doesn't ruin it all again. Fish are still on ice so likely wont get a pic this time.
