Zuke's n carrots
Experimenting today . Zucinni ,carrot , ground meat , cook down with onion , shallot , bell pepper . throw in some some cheddar cheese and top with parmeson and lil bread crumb for crust.....Guess I'll find out how it is in about an hour....
