stop dipping update
I figured out how to stop dipping: Just don't put it in your mouth.
After dipping for 17 years (can a day), I haven't dipped in 8 days now. I did use the Nicorette gum the first couple of days. I also ate more sunflower seeds than my entire college baseball team combined. No doubt i aint going back!
