i got a slightly bigger one that I built a few weeks ago. it is made from a shelving unit i bought at Lowe's. Fool you are more than welcome to it if you want it. It is taller than this one I built today. I can take some pics of it if you want and put them up here.

you gonna be my laborer so how much you charge materials are free you might just have to go buy you some bolts or something. i have to take the fence down anyway and the customer pays for that....lol don't worry bout that i like to go fishing in different places you can take me to try it out

that sounds like a hellauva plan to me! what would you say the piping weighs? you think the finished product will be less than 100 lbs?

depends on how strong you want it i have some thin wall and some heavy stuff the thin stuff would probly support you and it is real light i think we could get it close to 100 maybe a little less

alright dude! i am pumped i really appreciate it. like i said i need to think about how i am going to fasten it to the boat and what to use as the platform. if the weather doesn't hold up next weekend maybe we can get together then. i will shot you a pm later this week we can exchange numbers and see what works out best for us.

100 pounds should work, Medhev...that 's about 1/3 of your weight.

wow, 1/3 is being generous i know you can't tell from the pics of me but i am actually close to 500 lbs. i carry my weight really well and i still have pretty good mobility for a morbidly obese person. I am a few donuts from riding a little rascal around wal-mart filing my cart with flank steaks and manda sausage.
