A "slick" happens when W pulls up to a flock of gulls and somebody's already fishin' 'em. He becomes so mad until he actually gets nauseated and starts throwing up. Because he's so full of crap, it separates the water's surface and forms a "slick". In the "slick" is where he catches his fish.

Jeremy, the wife and i went sat for a mess of fish.We were fishing in this one spot and seen a couple swimp jump out the water.Had 2 birds come and sit on the water. This guy in a bay boat comes zooming in on the side of the bird and he did catch 2.we lost 2.The bird get up and move about 60 foot and he is in high gear back on then and catch's 2 more.the birds leave and he pulls out binaculars and starts panning.WE laughing so hard the tears r rolling.this guys zooms between 2 other boats fish on his way to some of them birds far off.THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH STUPID NOW AND 90% HAVE NO MANNERS.LOOKS LIKE ITS TIME FOR THE POP CORN AGAIN.LMAO

We did see and fish a lot of SLICKS; however, we were not as lucky as W to have 200 blowups and catch 40 - 50 trout......LOL...

All in all i think a daily bag of no more than 10 fish is adequate enough for any individual....preferably ~8. I myself know that half of us on here who fish regularly (as much as possible) keep a chest full of fish most every trip. I've had my freezer full from 4 solid trips and that's with giving some away and a few big frys. An occasional round up for fresh dinner isn't so bad either....but meat hauls every trip kinda burns my *** up...like bragging rights is worth fish going to waste. W/E ...just venting a lil...got a lil worked up from a discussion earlier about how there are NO fishing regulations here in HI? Now... the elder locals complain how the fishing "used" to be so much better!
