Bill puts legislators in charge of state hunting seasons

I really don't know if this is a bad thing or not?
With the commission the sportsman really had no way of putting any pressure on them if they decided to do something that the sportsman didn't agree with. As the members of this commission were appointed not elected.
At least w/ the politicos we can hold their feet to the fire come election time.
