My uncles buddy that fishes with us a lot eats them to. However, when we are in my boat I do not let him keep them. I refuse to put them slimy things in my ice chest. He tells me the meat is white and he only keeps the bigger ones 3-4 lbs or bigger! If someone would cook it, I would try it! Trust me, I have probably eatin worse!!
